Technical support

The composition of the ISE-Ca2+ Membranes is similar to the one described by Simon et al[1]. The limit of detection is less than 10 nM in Ca2+ buffered calibration solutions. The main difficulty in establishing reliable Ca2+ measurements is not the Ca2+ sensitive membrane but the methodology of its application in a medium simulating intracellular conditions.
