Abstract: The subunit structure of oligomycin sensitive ATPase has been determined. In addition to the components of F1, and the so-called oligomycin sensitivity conferring protein, there are four other polypeptides of molecular weights 55,000, 29,000, 20,000 and 10,000 which together form the intrinsic membrane portion of the enzymic complex. β’ Keywords: Oligomycin, ATPase, Subunit structure, Factor 1
