Talk:Extended abstracts

From Bioblast

The extended abstracts will have their own doi nomenclature to help to organize the documents by event and date. The name includes the mask mitofit, the acronym "EA" in capital letters for the extended abstract with the year in numbers, the acronym of the event (e.g. IOC139) and then the document number with the version of the document (e.g.: 0001.v2). We do not put v1 for the first version following the same concept that we have for the full articles.

Example:

Doi:10.26124/mitofit:EA19.EBEC20.0001.v2

I have added in the section methods one of the recommendations from the STAR methods in Cell (See the ARRIVE and NIH guidelines). I think that this is a good suggestion to support the reproducibility of the data.Iglesias-Gonzalez Javier (talk) 15:50, 7 March 2019 (CET)
