I am preparing currently project in cooperation with the hospital, concerning an influence of diet and/or medical treatment on respiration of mitochondria of different organs of experimental model of mouse, which means experimentally de facto respiration of homogenates from liver, brain, intestinal,....and searching of for the impact of a treatment on respiration chain,.... I can participate with yeast model (intact yeast, cell lysate, eventually isolated mitochondria) in the direction of aging, stress; and newly with mouse model – tissue or rather lysate – within the study of stress and drug, diseases influence on mitochondria in intestinal system and marginally in another tissues from mouse (conventional and gnotobiological).
